Sachin Mahesh – Founder
Sachin has launched Hospitality N More (HnM) with the primary objective of supporting hotels and hotel owners grow their businesses in the highly unstructured and competitive industry with an array of beneficial services.
Just before HnM, from December 2019 to October 2022, Sachin took over a distressed company that focused on Revenue Management Services which was struggling. He rebranded it and guided the company by enhancing SOPs, financial re-structuring, better employee engagement with welfare and growth opportunities, business development including adding clients overseas earning revenues in thousands of dollars, thus making it aim for global opportunities through a broad vision and innovative initiatives. Towards October 2022, the company was earning over 2 crores per annum in revenues, tiding over the challenges posed due to the pandemic eventually turning the company around for the better.
With over 30 plus years’ experience, he began his career at The Oberoi Bangalore from where he progressed to be a key member of the team that launched the first property of Sarovar Hotels in Bangalore (Currently Royal Orchid Hotel on old Airport Road) – today this chain boasts of 75 plus hotels. Thereafter he had a long stint with First Solutions BPO working closely with UK clients.
His passion for hotels brought him back to the industry where he served for 12 years with jüSTa Hotels & Resorts as a member of the leadership team, he handled an array of responsibilities ranging from Sales, Marketing & PR, Business Operations,
Sales, Revenue Management, Reputation Management, MIS, New Markets, Business Development, Logistics, Transitions, etc., are aspects of hospitality that he is very well versed with. HNM is a dream platform where the focus is to guide and help entrepreneurs enter the hotel space to build strong foundations in offering service with excellence out of passion. The team is working towards using innovation and technology combined with traditional hospitality to achieve success for their clients.
He is extremely passionate about sports, world music, nature and driving and is based out of Bengaluru
Ranjan Gupta – Director & Mentor
A consummate people person and keen observer of the socio-economic changes that occur in society, is a Graduate from Xavier’s College, Mumbai University in Economics and Psychology and holder of 3 year Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Dadar, Mumbai. With over 35 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry, having started his career with Taj Group of Hotels, Forte Grand in Dubai, Holiday Inn and thereon in leadership positions with Sarovar Group of Hotels, Hotel Orchid and recently with Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels as Vice President (Operations) South overseeing 13 hotels of the group including the flagship. In the three decades long journey and five years of entrepreneurship, aided me in putting ‘world in a crucible’ the rich experience garnered. All along emphasis to work has been to methodical and ethical work culture vide meticulous and eye for detail. Think and work different has been the hallmark for change and success. Over the years having led and mentored gender, age and background diverse employees and guided them to improved work and life balance led me to attend the course and be Certified Clifton’s Strengths-finder Coach conducted by Strengths Coaching Society, and also be a Member of International Association of Facilitators (IAF). This allows leveraging with deep insight and mentoring ability of various challenges faced by individuals in corporate world varying from life career planning to mid-career work life balance to personal and team goal setting capabilities at all levels.

Ms. Sethi is at the core of formulating and executing long-term strategies at The Hotel Firm. In her 30+ year career, She has held a wide variety of leadership positions in sales and marketing across the world’s best hotels and resorts. Her extensive travels for conducting sales blitzes in Dubai, London, Milan, Paris, Berlin & Nairobi, has given her a global perspective. She has headed sales for prestigious destinations - from Ananda in the Himalayas which is listed among the 10 best Spa destinations in the world - to Radisson White Sands Resort Goa, and Radisson Plaza Resort & Spa Kumarakom. She exemplifies the firm’s commitment to help their clients explore new destinations and indulge in new experiences. At the helm of her company, The Hotel Firm, she has forged a solid reputation as a market leader in curating MICE & FIT events for corporates with the best in hospitality. HnM has the privilege of having her on board as a director in advisory role and also collaborated with The Hotel Firm to offer enhanced services from different markets in sales and MICE for its’ hotel partners.

Vijay Subramanian has over 30 years in Managing profit centers, Corporate and Retail channel (B2B) sales in industries ranging from Hotels, Aviation, Travel E Commerce, TMC’s, Leisure Travel and GDS.
Tenures in ITC, Oberoi, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, Amadeus Carlson Wagonlit, Flight Centre and Top B2B Travel companies in functions ranging from sales, pricing and operations.
At HnM, He guides us with his expertise in our efforts for Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
